2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.123 of 2024 dated 18.08.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) and 30 (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the
