2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.429 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault over the head of the informant by means of iron rod, due to which he sustained serious injury, besides the allegation against other co-accused persons of assaulting the informant and others.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that from the narratives of the FIR, it is evident that the genesis of

The injury, which is allegedly sustained to the informant does not corroborate with the allegation, inasmuch as the same is found to be simple in nature. To support the aforesaid contention, the injury report has been placed on record as Annexure-P/2. The petitioner bears fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in proceeding of the Court.

5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State submitted that because of assault caused by the petitioner, the informant has sustained injury on the vital part of his body.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and considering the nature of accusation qua the simple nature of injury as also the fair antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.429 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the
