The petitioner was earlier allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 03.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50542 of 2015. Because of non-compliance of the conditions of bail so granted, his bail bonds furnished stood cancelled and thereafter he has been taken into custody. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there shall be no recurrence of noncompliance of the conditions of bail if the petitioner is released on bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed with the same terms and conditions as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76479 of 2019(3) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 prescribed in the order dated 03.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50542 of 2015.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Araria, in S.T. No. 633 of 2015, arising out of Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U T
