1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 27.02.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.13223 of 2022, the Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 22.05.2024, hence it is submitted that the judgment of this Court dated 27.02.2023 has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 22.05.2024, if so advised, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
