1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 20.04.2018, passed by the Circle Officer, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Encroachment Case No.01 of 2017-18, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Circle Officer, Motihari, East Champaran for supplying of the certified copy of the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2018, by filing appropriate application, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be supplied within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
