The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and also that the F.I.R has been lodged with a delay of 4 days. It appears that the petitioner has been dragged into and brought by the victim lady in her statement under section 164 of Cr.P.C..
