2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 28.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55074 of 2024.

3. A perusal of the order in question would show that the same was passed on 28.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55074 of 2024 and the petitioners were to approach this Court within four weeks. Three months later, the petition for modification has been filed to extend the time. The same is without merit, dismissed.
