2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, a country-made pistol and 20 live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. At the time of raid, he was not present in his house and the procedure relating to search and seizure was not followed.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
