The petitioners have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the informant alleged that his daughter fled from her house along with some cash with the help of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted from para-10 of this petition that vide order dated 30.08.2022, the

No.1043 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 victim has appeared with her advocate before the J.M. 1st Class, Jehanaband, because her parents want to marry her with an old man without her consent and threatened her to kill. She has not whispered any complicity of the petitioners in this alleged offence rather she surrendered before the Court and demanded self defense and in support of this, Annexure-2 has been annexed in this petition. Moreover, the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 19.08.2023 and 15.09.2023 respectively. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as the custody of the petitioners, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 163 of 2022 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad.
