2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 121, 379, 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. The petitioner is accused in a recovery of 12 AK-47 rifle. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2018.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner deserves bail as he is in jail since 7 years and

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Munger/concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Muffasil Police Station, District- Munger on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. The Superintendent of Police, Munger is directed to ensure attendance of witnesses in the trial so that the trial is
