The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.502 of 2019 corresponding to G.R.No.1946 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 13 ltrs. of liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for 1 1⁄2 months and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.76005 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S.Case No.502 of 2019 (G.R.No.1946 of 2019) and he will co-operate in the disposal of the trial.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
