Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under sections 420/379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that brother of petitioner no.1 took Rs.4 lacs from the complainant on the pretext of providing him job of a teacher. Petitioner no.2 has been alleged to have snatched his gold chain worth Rs.30,000/-.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the said amount has already been returned to the complainant and the allegation of snatching chain is ornamental. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Prayer for bail of petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks, let them as mentioned above, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81595 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar Complaint case no. 229 of 2017, on the following conditions:-
(1) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
(2) If the petitioners temper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
