2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown persons on a motorcycle intercepted the informant on the way and on the point of pistol snatched the bag of informant containing Rs. 7,05,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to his criminal antecedent in five cases. No T.I.P. has been conducted in this case and nothing has been recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84725 of 2023(2) dt.22-01-2024 2/2 from possession of the petitioner. There is no evidence against the petitioner for involvement in this case. He is in custody since 28.04.2023.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
