These writ petitions have been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 07.11.2023 bearing Memo No. 1435, Memo No. 1434 and Memo No. 1437 issued under the signature of the Regional Deputy Director (Education) (Regional Education Officer) Munger by which the petitioners have been dismissed from the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Girls Middle, School, Begusarai.

3. At very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions are squarely covered with judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1219/2023 and analogous

Patna High Court CWJC No.224 of 2024 dt.04-03-2024 3/3 case. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have also filed the LPAs bearing LPA No. 1202 of 2023, LPA No. 1201 of 2023 and LPA No. 1203 of 2023 respectively which are pending before the Hon'ble High Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners also undertakes to withdraw the aforesaid LPAs.

4. Considering the facts as available on record and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, these writ petitions are allowed, in view of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 1219 of 2023, setting aside the order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the Regional Deputy Director (Education) (Regional Education Officer), Munger.
