The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 83 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner bearing registration No. BR32K-7096. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2019 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
