2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022 for the offence under section 379 of the I.P.C. lodged on 19.05.2022 by the informant, Taslimuddin.

3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that the motorcycle of the informant was stolen outside the place where the marriage ceremony was going on. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because he has criminal antecedent of the same nature, the police is continuing with implicating him.

5. Learned APP pointed out that the petitioner is resident of Araria but he has chosen the district Supual to be the place where he can commit such criminal act.

6. He submits that it is not the case of the petitioner that at any point of time, he has attributed the attention of the Superintendent of Police, Supaul that he is being regularly implicated and as such, this false narration has to be rejected.

7. This Court has gone through the facts of the case, submissions of the parties and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner which are of the same nature. In that background, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
