Petitioner, apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has stated that the accused as named in the FIR came in his house in drunken condition and demanded ransom and on refusal they started assaulting him and when his wife came to rescue him then they inflicted injury on his head by means of lathi. There is further allegation that they snatched golden earing from his wife.

No.75598 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on account of personal vengeance. Petitioner is sister-in-law of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure subject to verification that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. (S.
