The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 665 of 2019, Special Case No. 9089/19 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 26.490 litres of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 665 of 2019, Special Case No. 9089/19.
