From the order impugned, it is evident that majority of accused have already been granted regular bail. Further more, it is also evident that the allegation against the petitioner to the effect that he was also one of the members of brick batting, is found duly supported by the other witnesses and the injuries sustained by the injured on account thereof, is simple in nature. That being so, the petitioner has rightly been directed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower court will consider in the light of aforesaid disclosure having so made in order to enlighten to the learned lower court and in terms thereof, the instant petition is disposed of.
