JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) For directing upon respondents to provide police protections to the petitioners during constructing and renovation of temple namely Balmiki Babu Ka Mandiri Sri Ram Janki Mandir Registry Kacheri Road Siwan and shop situated in the premises of the said temple.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11983 of 2018(6) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 (ii) For further directions to respondent no.3 to 6 to prohibit any one who makes any objections, hindrance in construction of temple and shop in view of the fact that the aforesaid temple are private temple of the petitioners and the same is confirmed by judgment and decree dated 23.01.1983 passed in title suit no. 137/1971 by the learned Munsif-I Siwan and in view of the order passed in Criminal Revision No. 181 of 2017."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.
