In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No.296 of 2019, Special No.6294 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 30 (a), 38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Altogether 61.47 litres of liquor has been recovered. Plea has been taken that the petitioner is lunatic. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
