2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 223/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner No.1 is said to have assaulted the victim on his head. The allegation is supported by the report of the IGIMS, Patna. The petitioner No. 1 is in jail since 23.08.2023. The petitioner No. 2 is the order giver.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2023.

6. The petitioner No. 1 shall be released after framing of charge if charges have not been framed. The petitioner No. 2 shall be released forthwith after he furnishes bail bond.

7. The petitioner No. 1 is directed to mark his attendance in Khanpur Police Station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
