Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in her written complaint has alleged that due to some family feud her Daugther-in-law left her

No.76560 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 matrimonial home and went to her parental home and when his son came to know about it he came back and went to his matrimonial home alongwith children on 18.07.2019 to bring his wife back, however, it is alleged that FIR named accused came there abused, assaulted and snatched cash from her son. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case with respect to same occurrence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
