2. The earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 9521 of 2024 but while rejecting the bail application, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year under custody.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stipulated period of custody has been completed. 5.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the prolonged period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with

No.84925 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 644 of 2023 (Special Case No. 107 of 2023), subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
