2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patrakar Nagar (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S Case No. 400 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 305 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant has alleged that the petitioner has stolen golden jewelry from her house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and she is in custody since 28.07.2024. He further submits that the petitioner was working as Maid in informant's house. He further submits

And some hot discussion took place between them and the present case has been lodged by the informant to teach lesson to her.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and period of custody and clean antecedent and petitioner is lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with with Patrakar Nagar (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S Case No. 400 of 2024 (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Sunnykr/- U
