The petitioner seeks bail in Jaipur P.S. Case No.54 of 2019 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Bharat Yadav from whose house stolen article was recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months. No stolen article has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
