ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.588 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working in the chicken shop of the informant and when he started demanding wages, he was ousted from the work and with intention to grab his wages, the informant lodged this false and fabricated case against him. It is further submitted that there is no authentic proof or details of collection from whom and on which date the money has been collected. Considering the aforementioned facts and
