The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 332/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because it is suspected by the police that the petitioner was carrying some illicit liquor, her name has been brought in connection with the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a respectable old lady of the area and has no criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76327 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge II, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 332/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
