The petitioner is accused in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant by 10 persons named in the FIR including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, daughter of the informant was apprehended at Delhi and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded, in which, she has stated the name of Sahil and Raunak, son of the petitioner, indulging in her

No.76918 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 kidnapping but she has not disclosed the name of petitioner while this petitioner being the mother of Raunak has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
