The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case no. 105 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Earlier application of the petitioner for bail was rejected by order dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure 1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28113 of 2019 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2018. The application for bail has been opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78052 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 taking into consideration the observations of this Court in order dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure 1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28113 of 2019 together with the period of custody, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case no. 105 of 2018.
