Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Block Community Mobilizer (ASHA) under the services of Health Department and is posted at Primary Health Center, Vibhutipur, Samastipur but, he has been transferred to Bettiah, West Champaran. He further submits that the petitioner wants to stay at the same place of posting and submitted that certain persons, who were transferred to another place, had approached to the authority concerned and their place of posting has been restored. The petitioner has also filed a representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12664 of 2018 dt.23-08-2018 2/2 In view of the above, let the representation filed by the petitioner should be gone into by the respondent no.2, the Executive Director, State Health Society, Government of Bihar who will consider the grievance of the petitioner and will pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. While passing the necessary order, he will take into consideration the Annexure Nos. 3, 4 & 5 annexed to this writ application. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
