2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/304(B)/498A/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He was not present at the place of occurrence. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2024, having clean antecedent. In this case, charge has been framed on 11.12.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
