That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents not to construct Panchyat Government Building (Panchayat Bhawan) of Gram Panchayat Raj Saidpur, over the land appertaining to Khata No.291, Khesra No.2091, admeasuring 0.50 decimals, situated at Mauja-Bharko, Thana No.

336, as Circle Officer, Fullidumar has given no objection certificate on the correspondence/ demand/ query made

Patna High Court CWJC No.19061 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 by Block Panchayat Raj Officer-cumExecutive Officer, Fullidumar, vide letter dated 20.09.2023, inasmuch as the same is a public road and adjacent to the said land, petitioner's ancestral land is situated, hence his connectivity from one village to another will be restricted."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Banka for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the District Magistrate, Banka by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
