2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of anticipatory bail in order to surrender and seek regular bail. In case, the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal, preferably on the same day and the learned Court below while considering the regular bail would also take into consideration the facts that the petitioner was not named in the FIR, co-accused Rahul Kumar has been granted regular bail and also the application filed by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87645 of 2024(6) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 the informant dated 21.01.2025 before the Court concerned stating the actual facts.
