The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Banka P.S. Case No. 958/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was twice rejected by order dated 24.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7883/2017 and order dated 25.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21405/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some of the accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. This Court after looking into materials available on record does not find any fresh ground to grant anticipatory bail

Therefore, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is again rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.

The petitioner will be at liberty to produce all the documents in the court below at the time of surrender, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law. The court below shall dispose of the bail petition of petitioner preferably on the same day.
