2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 317(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Total 423.33 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from a Scorpio, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. Besides this, petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
