Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 376 and 511 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to oblique motive. Further, submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
