Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354/506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Allegation against petitioner is outraging the modesty of minor daughter of informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.04.2018.
