At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance raised in the present writ petition has stood redressed, however, the petitioners have filed a title suit, bearing Title Suit No.468 of 2018, which is pending adjudication, before the learned Civil Court, Muzaffarpur, hence the petitioners be granted liberty to prosecute the same. Liberty so sought is granted.
