JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31981 of 2025 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had gone outside the State for earning his livelihood and due to communication gap, he could not surrender within the stipulated period of eight weeks and prays for extension of period of surrender.
