The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 4515 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are arrested in connection with seizure of 18 liters liquor. Learned counsel submit that petitioners are in custody since 13.05.2018. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.
