2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused committed murder of the daughter of the informant and burnt the dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who had already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16833 of 2019. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.
