The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.402 of 2019, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others had assembled near railway Dhala to commit robbery. Raid was conducted. On arrival of the police, the accused persons started fleeing away but on chase, the petitioner and others were apprehended and disclosed their names as Sagar Kumar, Shyam Kumar, Bittu Kumar, Anil Singh, Suraj Kumar and Deepak Kumar including the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner was going to his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76881 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 relatives but while the petitioner was passing through near the place of occurrence, the petitioner was apprehended. The petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.
