2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed several representations before the respondent no.5 for payment of salary for the period they have worked but till date

Patna High Court CWJC No.851 of 2024(4) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 no action has been taken on their representations.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a detailed representation along with all supporting documents within a period of four weeks before the respondent no.5 and respondent no.5, after receiving of such representation would pass a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to them, if necessary. If it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any payment, the same shall be paid within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that if this order is not complied within the stipulated period, this Court may take serious view of the matter.
