JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50890 of 2016 and vide order dated 06.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39089 of 2017 and the allegation against the petitioner is to fire causing death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is manipulation in the name of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has been inserted in place of other co-accused and he has been in custody since 23.06.2016 and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail.

No.40690 of 2018 (3) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, learned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a reasonable period of time even by conducting the same on regular basis. At the same time S.P., Lakhisarai is directed to ensure the production of the witnesses in the trial court on the date fixed so that the trial can be concluded expeditiously.
