Case No. 125 of 2018, dated 11.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A dispute arose because of throwing of garbage and the petitioner No. 1 is said to have assaulted the informant by means of butt of a pistol, leading to simple

Petitioner No. 2 along with one Upendra is alleged to have put a rope around the neck of the wife of the informant and made attempts to press it. The other persons are said to have assaulted other victims. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that all the victims have received simple injuries.

The petitioners and the informant are neighbours.

The petitioners are in custody since 14.05.2018.

Regard being had to the aforesaid background facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
