Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, has shown the photographs of the vehicle and contended that during the period the vehicle has remained in custody all the wheels of the vehicle, tyres and battery have been taken out and if this is the position he is unable to take away the vehicle.

Patna High Court MJC No.2138 of 2018 (5) dt.12-09-2018 If it is so, he may represent the matter before the concerned authority who had seized the vehicle and, thereupon, the said authority will be liable to answer him.
