The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioners herein having removed the clothes of the informant and tired to assault her as also are stated to have stolen some jewellery.

It is further submitted that on account of previous land dispute, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners are having clean antecedents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., (Pupri), Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S.
