2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 23.11.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 2.2.2024 reveals that out of 12 charge sheet witnesses, only 2 witnesses are left to be examined.

4. Considering the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
