The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 registered under Sectiond 304(B), 120(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners, who are mother-in-law and sister-in-law are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It has further been submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the petitioners

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
